When a patient needs to change an appointment after-hours (usually due to a cold or sickness), they are directed by our answering service “Answering Cleveland” to call me on my cell phone, which often surprises the patient.  The reason that we do this is so that I can try and offer their appointment to another of our patients who may want and/or need to come in sooner  than their own reserved time.  This enables us to be more effective and help out someone who would like the opportunity to get their dental care done at an earlier time.
